Lista las importaciones de la organización activa, con filtro opcional por entidad, para que los clientes headless supervisen preparación, validación, ejecución y errores.

## Solicitud

`GET /v1/imports`

- **Autorización:** Permiso requerido: `imports:read`.

- **Entornos:** Solo producción

- **Idempotencia:** No requerida
