Create CFDI draft

Creates a CFDI draft and derives canonical line taxes. For each partial payment, increase installment, use the preceding remaining balance as previousBalance, and use taxes: "auto" when Exac knows the related CFDI; otherwise provide its taxObject and payment-level taxes.

Authorization: Required permission: `invoices:manage`.
