Create sales receipt

Creates a public-general sales receipt from line items and payment details. Paid and credit lines without productId require satProductCode and satUnitCode when creating the receipt; Exac rejects the generic product code 01010101. Catalog products supply their own fiscal identity and tax treatment; omit taxability with productId. Exac keeps each line's fiscal data as charged so the receipt can be invoiced afterwards.
