Create issuer

Adds an issuer RFC to the account. Then send the Exac-Issuer header with its RFC to upload its CSD, complete its fiscal profile, and stamp. Issuers stamp only through the API and never sync with SAT.

Endpoint: POST /v1/issuers
Authorization: Required permission: `org:update`.
Environments: Production only
Idempotency: Required for safe retries.

List issuers GET

Lists the account’s issuers: extra RFCs that stamp through the API on the account’s plan and API wallet. The account RFC is not listed.

Get issuer GET

Returns one issuer by RFC, including whether its CSD is configured and it can stamp in production.
