Archives or restores a withholding document without changing its fiscal status.

Cancel withholding POST
Requests cancellation of a stamped withholding using the supplied SAT reason. pending: true means the request was acknowledged, not that the document was canceled. Read the withholding for its stored status; automatic SAT status refresh is unavailable for withholdings. Use the [SAT Retenciones verification portal](https://prodretencionverificacion.clouda.sat.gob.mx/) for independent verification. After recovery_required or an uncertain outcome, do not automatically resubmit or change idempotency keys. Exac sandbox cancellation is simulated and does not contact SAT. Archiving does not cancel a document.
