Create withholding

Creates and stamps a withholding document from its period, operation amount, and retained taxes.

Endpoint: POST /v1/withholdings
Authorization: Required permission: `invoices:manage`.
Environments: Production and sandbox
Idempotency: Required for safe retries.

List withholdings GET

Lists withholding documents with the documented date, status, search, and pagination controls. A page can hold fewer results than requested, or none, while hasMore is true; keep following nextCursor until hasMore is false.

Get withholding GET

Returns one withholding document by public document reference with its stored fiscal state. This read does not query SAT or complete a pending cancellation.
